Health Clinic
The Oasis Health Center is a free clinic located at 66 Baribeau Drive in Brunswick, Maine. The adult acute care clinic is open every Tuesday evening. Specialty care clinics including diabetes, complex care, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and depression, are scheduled monthly and all clinics are by appointment only. The clinic serves uninsured adults who do not have a private physician and have a household income of less than 150% of the Federal Poverty Level. Clients must live in the greater Bath-Brunswick area including the towns of Freeport, Brunswick, Harpswell and the Islands, and all of Sagadahoc County. There is no cost for the clinic. However, donations are encouraged and accepted, according to the financial ability of each individual.

Dental Clinic
The Oasis Dental Clinic is a modern, fully equipped treatment facility which operates out of the Jessie Albert Memorial Dental Center at 171 Congress Avenue in Bath, Maine. The Clinic provides care to adults who do not have access to dental care. The clinic serves uninsured adults living at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level. Clients must live in the greater Bath-Brunswick area including the towns of Freeport, Brunswick, Harpswell and the Islands, and all of Sagadahoc County. Referrals and eligibility screening is provided by the Oasis Health Center, Midcoast Hunger Prevention Program and the Bath/Brunswick/Topsham general assistance offices. Appointments are made through the Oasis Health Center office.

Community Prescription Assistance (CPAP)
The Oasis Community Prescription Assistance Program (CPAP) provides free and discounted prescriptions for uninsured adults living at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Clients must live in the greater Bath-Brunswick area including the towns of Freeport, Brunswick, Harpswell and the Islands, and all of Sagadahoc County. Patients are referred by their physicians to the Program Coordinator who then determines the best source of assistance and completes all initial and renewal applications for the client.
There are many free and discount programs available for qualified clients. Most programs require clients to be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, but there are other discount programs open to both insured and uninsured individuals at that income level. In addition, there are other discount programs open to both uninsured and insured individuals living at or above 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
The Oasis Community Prescription Assistance Program prepares all medication request documents, returns all medication request documents for patient and physician signatures, and submits the patient's completed application to drug companies for processing. The Program Coordinator also provides follow-ups with the patient and physician when medication is due to be refilled.
